HALRIC Conference 2024

The Hanseatic Life Science Research Infrastructure Consortium (HALRIC) invites you to participate in this second conference for the project, which will gather the 21 partners and key stakeholders in Hamburg, for topical discussions and networking. The conference follows HALRIC’s kick-off meeting in Copenhagen in 2023.

It is free to attend the conference, but with a maximum capacity of 120 seats, project partners and key stakeholders will be prioritized if we reach full capacity. When you register for the conference, we kindly ask you to tick the box to join the tour of the European XFEL. We also ask if you attend the full program with all meals, to allow us to only order the catering that is needed.

For partipants from HALRIC partners there is available travel budget and we have pre-reserved rooms at the nearby Mercure Hotel and DESY Guesthouse, find out how to book HERE.

At the opening lunch posters will be on display and we welcome all types of posters that feature activities and facilities that are relevant to the HALRIC partnership and network. It can highlight your organization and/or specific Research Infrastructures and please inform md@mva.org no later than 1st September 2024, if you will bring a (A3) poster or have other questions about the conference.
